I live in metamora. We have a huge huge 3 story house. Partially finished basement with walk out. 3/4 acre. Across from lake with acess. Surounded by state land and summer cottages. Can eaisly be 7 bedroom duplex. Curently a 5 bed 1.5 bath house. We have done most the updating but still needs a few windows,deck,carpet,and updating to kitchen and bathroom.
